1. Vacuum Hot Pressing Sintering Furnace: This furnace features a vertical structure with a double-layer water jacket. The inner and outer walls, as well as the flanges, are made of 304 stainless steel. The furnace body is divided into two parts: one-third is the furnace lid, which can be manually opened completely to the side; two-thirds is the fixed furnace body. This unique design facilitates operation.
2. Vacuum Hot Pressing Furnace Vacuum System: This system consists of an oil diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump with an electromagnetic pressure differential valve (to prevent oil backflow from the mechanical pump due to sudden power outages), inflation valve, exhaust valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) bellows, vacuum piping, and support structure.
3. Hydraulic System: This system uses an electric input method. It consists of a hydraulic station equipped with an imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, displacement display using an optical grating ruler (measuring accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder, and other related hydraulic devices. Pressure adjustment is semi-automated and can be manually adjusted. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure and can achieve pressure stabilization and holding.
4. Water Cooling System: This system consists of various valves, pipes, and related devices. It is equipped with a water shortage audio-visual alarm that automatically cuts off the heating source or function.
5. Temperature Control System: This system uses thyristor temperature control and is equipped with a PID function instrument and a digital display. It has an over-temperature audio-visual alarm function. A PLC touch screen for automatic control can also be selected, retaining historical data for analysis of the sintering process.
6. Inflation System: This system consists of various pipes and valves and is equipped with an electromagnetic exhaust valve and a pressure sensor. When the furnace pressure exceeds the safety value, it will automatically exhaust. A needle valve is installed on the inflation pipe to control the inflation volume.
