Common malfunctions and troubleshooting methods for vacuum hot pressing sintering furnaces

The following malfunctions often occur during the use of a vacuum sintering furnace: (handled by relevant technicians)

Electrical faults: Temperature abnormalities, including high-temperature alarms or temperature readings below the set value. To eliminate alarm faults caused by excessively high temperatures: 1. First, check if the parameters of the temperature controller in the working area are normal, and then check all parameters by referring to other normal temperature controllers in use. 2. According to the circuit diagram, check if the output of the solid-state relay in the corresponding working area is damaged. This method: After turning off the power, use a multimeter resistance file to measure the resistance between the two output points of the solid-state relay. Normally, the resistance will reach several megaohms or higher. If it is broken and there is almost no resistance, it must be replaced with a new resistor of the same type. 3. Turn on the power and manually shake the thermocouple probe in the corresponding working area to see if the corresponding thermostat is jumping significantly. If this happens, the thermocouple probe is poorly contacted and needs to be replaced.

The displayed temperature is too low and the set value cannot be reached. 1. Similarly, first check if the parameters of the temperature controller in the working area are normal and if there is an output signal. 2. Check if the thermocouple in the corresponding working area is damaged. To verify if these thermocouples are good, they can be interchanged with the thermocouples on a normal thermostat and connected to the thermostat to observe the temperature display. If the thermocouple is damaged, replace it. (Note: If the replaced thermocouple is indoors, in addition to the detailed description, the vacuum sealing performance will also be involved.) 3. If the thermostat and thermocouple are working normally, test if the heating tube is working normally. Method: After powering on, start heating. According to the circuit diagram, use a test pen to directly test the conductor connected to the heating tube in the corresponding working area (white high-temperature wire on the solid output) to see if there is electricity. If the current arrives, use a clamp meter to measure the difference between the current and other working areas. Normally, the difference is not large. 4. If there is no electricity, check the circuit one by one according to the circuit diagram to see where the power is off and if any components are burnt out.

Vacuum abnormalities: Cannot be evacuated or evacuated too low. 1. First, confirm that the factory's vacuum source is normal (-95kpa or above) and that the compressed air pressure is normal (the normal operating range is 0.4-0.6Mpa). 2. Check if the vacuum gauge is intact. Compare the vacuum gauge in normal use to see if the parameters are normal. 3. Check if the door is closed, if the door seal is damaged or deformed, and if there are any foreign objects on the door panel? Please check carefully! 4. If there is no problem with the door, check the pipes, pneumatic valves, and thermocouples in the appropriate working area. There are often many situations at the entrance of the thermocouple, because if the thermocouple is replaced, it will usually damage the vacuum sealing performance, and it is re-sealed with AB glue.

Mechanical structural failure 1. The door is not closed tightly. Check if the door hinges are loose, if the buckles are deformed, if the door seals are damaged, and if the door panel is deformed. 2. The fan makes an abnormal sound. Please carefully check if any foreign objects have entered the fan impeller or if the screws fixing the motor are loose. 3. The pneumatic valve does not work, first check if the corresponding solenoid valve can work normally, and if the compressed air pressure meets the working requirements? If the air pressure is normal and the solenoid valve is good, the pneumatic valve is damaged and needs to be replaced.
