I. Uses
A vacuum hot press furnace is a device used for hot pressing and sintering materials. Vacuum hot pressing sintering is a process where a sample is subjected to a certain pressure under a specific vacuum and high-temperature environment. This allows the particles in the sample to be affected by both high temperature and mechanical pressure, promoting contact, diffusion, and flow between different powder particles. This leads to particle rearrangement and slippage, filling large packing gaps and eliminating pores, thereby improving the reaction and the density of the sample.

1. Tooling: Diamond and cubic boron nitride products; alloy products; metal ceramics, powder high-speed steel products.
2. Electrical: Soft magnetic, hard magnetic, and high-temperature magnetic materials; ferrites, electrical contact materials, metal electrothermal materials, and vacuum electronic materials.
3. Special materials: Powder superalloys, oxide dispersion strengthened materials, carbon boron, nitride dispersion strengthened materials, fiber reinforced materials, high-purity refractory metals (tantalum, niobium, molybdenum, tungsten, rhenium) and alloys, and composite metals.
