I. Product Introduction:
The VDX series vacuum directional solidification furnace melts metal raw materials in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. It utilizes a set temperature control and cooling system to create a thermal gradient. Castings are formed through a directional solidification process using a lowering mechanism to produce single-crystal parts. It is a single-crystal high-temperature alloy directional solidification equipment that integrates high-temperature alloy melting, casting, mold shell dual-zone insulation, and directional solidification.

III. Application Areas:
Used to produce high-quality castings with special organizational structures, such as turbine engine blades and gas turbine blades. It is equipment for producing single-crystal parts of nickel-based, iron-based, and cobalt-based superalloys.
IV. Product Advantages:
1. Vertical three-chamber structure, semi-continuous production; the upper part is the melting and casting chamber, and the lower part is the model loading and unloading chamber.
2. High-seal vacuum slide valve.
3. Multiple charging mechanisms ensure the rapid addition and melting of alloy materials.
4. Variable frequency speed regulation motor precisely controls the lifting and lowering of the mold.
5. Mold shell heating can choose between resistance or induction heating, allowing for multi-zone control to ensure the required high thermal gradient.
