1. Main Applications:
Mainly used for vacuum sintering of cemented carbide, powder injection molding materials, ceramic materials, optoelectronic materials, rare earth permanent magnetic materials, artificial diamond raw materials, stainless steel cotton products, etc. This furnace has good economic efficiency and versatility.
2. Equipment Structural Features:
The ISF series vacuum sintering furnace consists of a vacuum furnace body, heating element (furnace liner), vacuum system, rapid gas charging system, air cooling system, electrical control system, heating power supply, water cooling system, and external loading car.
The furnace liner of the resistance heating element generally uses graphite furnace liners, molybdenum strip furnace liners, tungsten heating elements, and many other materials. The specific heating element material is selected according to the process and operating temperature.
The heating element is a graphite rod (different materials are selected according to different process requirements and temperatures), and the heat insulation screen is a multi-layer carbon felt (different materials are selected according to different process requirements and temperatures). The temperature can reach 2400℃. High-temperature sintering furnaces also use infrared temperature measurement devices for high-temperature measurement. The degreasing and sintering processes are carried out in the same furnace body, which can eliminate repeated handling, heating, and cooling of products, improve product quality, shorten the production cycle, and improve production efficiency. A special degreasing sealing furnace liner and grease trap can reduce the pollution of the inner furnace wall, heat insulation screen, and heating element, making degreasing and grease collection more effective. The special sealing furnace liner helps to improve furnace temperature uniformity. Directional airflow degreasing enhances the degreasing effect, making degreasing more thorough. Constant pressure sintering can be achieved to suppress metal volatilization, improve product density, and quality.
The furnace types are vertical and horizontal. The vertical furnace model is ISF-L, and the horizontal furnace model is ISF-W.
The heating part can choose induction heating and resistance heating.
