1. Main Applications:
This series of vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnaces are widely used in universities, research institutes, factories, mines, and enterprises for experiments and production of powder, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, new materials, chemicals, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment. Gases required for heat treatment processes can be introduced into the furnace for material processing (e.g., hydrogen, nitrogen, or other required gases).
Introducing advanced foreign technology, this energy-saving, environmentally friendly, new type of high-temperature energy-saving vacuum heat treatment furnace is independently developed and produced. It features an advanced and reasonable structure, a beautiful and generous appearance, and its surface is treated with environmentally friendly oxidation powder electrostatic spraying for high-temperature operation, achieving durability, non-fading, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
2. Technical Features:
It adopts microcomputer intelligent control technology, featuring PID regulation, fully automatic control, and self-tuning functions; multi-segment program programming, capable of controlling various heating, insulation, and cooling programs; power regulation; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module thyristor control, phase-shift triggering. Independent over-temperature protection, overpressure, overcurrent, leakage, and short-circuit protection, high degree of automation, and various indicators reaching internationally advanced levels.
Optional accessories include a paperless recorder, a paper recorder, a computer LCD touch screen, and a human-machine interface communication function. Multiple devices can be controlled by one computer, allowing data printing and saving, making operation simple and convenient, and allowing for easy viewing of saved data at any time.
